I receive inspiration from those I seek to inspire.
I am motivated by those I strive to motivate.
From my learning, I am able to teach.
In my teaching, I continue to learn.
I openly encourage those who aspire to be where I am,
and quietly envy where they have yet to go.
For those who have gone before me, I pray I am worthy to follow.
For those who will follow me, I yearn to be worthy to lead.
With my responsibility to carry on tradition,
I possess the ability to shape the future.
When I look into the future,
I am able to see my past.
