Brian "b-rok" littrell recently underwent heart surgery to fix ventricular septal defect. this is a disease that occours when a hole forms in your heart, and one of you major arterees that is near the heart. usually born with the disease, it can be cured if an infection can be avoided. in brian's case it could not be. for at the age of five he fell and scrapped up his knee(what five year old doesn't) the wound became infected, ad went straight to his heart. this article says he was in the hospital for 60 days with 0% chance of living. then it said each day Brian kept improving and before long he was back in his lexington home. It has been sai that his recovery was a miricle, but personally i think that was just all of gods plan.
One morning Brian Thomas Littrell of Lexington Kentucky woke up one morning and was told that he had recived a call from his cousin Kevin Richardson, who had recently moved to orlando to become a backstreet boy, he quickly answered the phone and asked Kevin what was up. Kevin gave him the news to come to Orlando to try out for the part of a backstreet boy. you all know the story Brian flew down to orlando , tryed out and made it. he now has international stardom, and a platinum album. (This story was written off the top of my head from further knowledge of couse, but the phone call may not have been in the morning, but it gave the story a better picture.)
