Destrega, is a fighting game that tries to take advantage of full blown 3D movement, similar to that of Bushido Blade. With a sharp appearance, and flashy moves, at first sight we were hooked. But does the game add up? Or is the flashy appearance too good to be true? When I first started to play the game, I was very curious. The movement was fully 3D just like Bushido Blade, except I didn't have to worry about
dying after one hit. This was something I was looking for in a game that let me roam, because it seemed like in Bushido Blade, there was no point in running away, because as soon as you faced your enemy, one of you would exchange a blow to end the whole match. However, in Destrega, you'd better run, because all it takes is the tap of one button, and you opponent can launch multiple projectiles at your face just waiting to mow you down. Even if you run, you'd better find something to duck behind, or you can still get hit with these
projectiles. Sure, you can move in for a combo, but all it takes is rapidly tapping the same button for the combo to unleash, and everyone has a combo like that, mind you. Basically you can take 
any character in the game, and instantly know how to use them because each character has identical controls. How shallow can a game get? And let's not even talk about story mode. WordWizard, SnakeEyes, and I were rolling around on the ground laughing at the comedy. The acting is terrible. The movement of the characters isn't always synchronized with the words they are saying. It's like playing the first Resident Evil, but lowering the acting down about 10 notches. I am glad I rented this game and played through it, because now I know it is not worth buying. Seeing cheap pieces of crap like this one makes me think I could easily make money in the video game industry. Let me end my review. Just thinking about this crappy game pisses me off.....
