Playname : 2 Cone Drill


The `c` stands for cones.
Duration of this drill is one minute each player.You do a right handed layup,rebound ,dribble around second cone,do a left handed layup,rebound,dribble around first cone.Do this for one minute,keeping track of each one made.



Keep body between ball and cone.


This is very similier to the one cone layup drill.Who ever hits the most "wins".

Again,stress making the basket,not making attempts.Take the time to do a good layup,don`t rush it.After everyone completes the drill,Do it again,let them do a shot from your specified spot.
