**BIG NEWS** So Weird is the most popular TV series on Disney and it has picked up 26 more episodes. They should start airing this August!! Sadly Erik von Detten will not be playing Clu. I have not heard who will or if there is even going to be a Clu!! I will keep you posted!!
On January 18,1999 So Weird premiered on the Disney Channel. Its about a 14 year old girl, Fi who is fascinated with the paranormals. She travels the country with her rock star mom and her older brother, Jack on a rock in roll tour bus.
Along for the ride is Clu, (Erik Von Detten) who is Jack's somewhat "clueless" friend and Clu's parents,Irene,who is the band manager and Ned, who is the head roadie.
Every time they reach a new city Fi tries to find some kind of happening and when she does she goes and investigates along with the other two guys.
Characters: The characters in this T.V. series is by far the best!! Fi is played by Cara Delizia who is making her breakthrough performance as the lead character. Patrick Levis (you know him as Peter in Brink!) plays Fi's unbelievible brother. He doesn't believe in the paranormals,but he gets dragged along just to keep a watch over her, but sometimes he gets caught up in it all and starts beleiving. Then there is Erik Von Detten who plays Jack's best friend, Clu. Unlike Jack, Clu is always willing and ready to go hunting for paranormals with Fi. Then there is Fi's mom, Molly Phillips who is making a come back from being off a long time from singing and is still grieving the death of her husband.

Premeire Episode:Family Reunion
At the beginning of this episode we see Fi working on her webpage. Then you hear the sound of guitars in the next room and we meet Fi's older brother, Jack and his best friend, Clu. We discover that her mom is a rock star going to Chicago for a concert. When they arrive in the "Windy City" Fi discovers that the building where her mom is playing is haunted by a little boy who drowned in a river near by. When she discovers the real truth she and the guys go and investigate and they find out what really happened.*****

In this episode Fi gets messages from the future over the internet. When she tries to tell her family of course they don't beleive her. But when one message goes to far Fi will do whatever it takes to save her family.*****
Memory
In this episode at the beginning we see Jack and Clu on a broken down tour bus sweaty and looking good. They are scheduled to be in Tulsa,but instead they are booked at a small town just outside of Tulsa with no power and the heat right is high. When Fi and the gang arrive she automatically knows that something isn't right. She discovers that a whole town of forgetful citizens including Clu's parents can't even remember the day before. Fi finally discovers what has happened, but what?**********= Erik takes off his shirt in this episode and jumps in a pool!!
Sacrifice
In this episode Fi's mom, Molly is on sorta vacation. (She had two gigs to be canceled) Anyway, Molly takes Fi and the gang to Shiloh National Park in Tennesse (it is on there way to Nashville) When they get there it looks it looks a great, peaceful, spot to rest before the show in Nashville, but what they didn't know is that there are secrets behind those trees. As they begin to unpack and set everything up Fi, Jack, and Clu go looking for firewood, when Fi gets lost. She discovers a cave with some very "weird" stuff in it including BIGFOOT?!?!?!*****
Escape
In this episode Molly had a show in Jackson Hole and while she goes shipping with Clu's mom, Irene. Fi, Jack, and Clu go to the local town carnival when they meet this girl that Jack and Clu have eyes for. While Jack and Clu try to win Claire's affection Fi is left alone. Meanwhile, when the argument between Jack and Clu increases they don't even notice that Claire had walked away. As Fi goes looking for Jack and Clu she sees Claire coming towards her. She starts talking, but notices that something is wrong. Fi stops and Claire passes right through her. Fi is totally in shock and figures out what it was. ASTRAL PROJECTION!!!! Can Fi save Claire in time before it is too late?!?!?*****
Simplicity
In this episode Molly along with the gang is going to Simplicity to talk to with an old friend of Molly's. When they get there everybody right off discovers that something isn't right. When they enter Simplicity the bus suddenly breaks down and they are stuck along with 30 other cars that were suddenly stalled on the road. When they finally meet this old friend of Molly's (which is Tad Raxell who Molly used to write jingles for)we notice that he isn't quite right. While Molly,Jack and Clu go to talk with Tad. Fi starts looking around and finally realizes what is making all the machines and stuff break down....GREMLINS!! Can Fi and the gang help this little town of Simpicity before it is too late?!?!?!?*****
Angel
In this episode Fi and the gang get stuck at a little country home on a count of being run off the road by a "Calm Man". While Jack gets to know the girl that lives there with her father, Clu enjoys being a farmer boy and all of the joys that follow. Fi discovers that girl that Jack has his eyes set on has a disease. That night Fi gets a messager sent to her tell her that she is the one. Fi doesn't understand at first, but then realizes after an even weirder experience that she is the one that has the same blood as Gabe and ends up helping her!!*****
Strangeling
In this episode Molly and the gang are going to see the MacBeth. (Which Molly's sister-in-law is in) When they get there Fi is attacked by her two little cousins, Maggie and Miranda and telling her everything that has happened since they last saw Fi and her mom. While Jack and Clu and play kings and knights. Fi stumbles on a real magic and starts playing around with it when all of sudden after she repeates a "spell" a gaint dragon chases Fi and her cousins around the theater. Finally Fi gets the dragon back in the book and finds out that the magic book was given to Melinda (Molly's sister-in-law) by Fi's father!!!*****
Rebecca
In this episode Molly is getting ready for a show later on that night and she is trying to get everything situated. While Fi is doing "school work" a young girl comes in and starts talking to Fi. She acted like she has known Fi forever and said that she has been following Molly all her life. Molly walks up and is shocked because "Rebecca" looks just like her best friend of her childhood that just disappered one day. She tells them that she is Rebecca's daughter and her mom is working at the museum. When Molly asked to see her she refuses. Fi knows that something isn't right. The next morning Fi and Clu go to Rebecca's house and when she answers that door she says that only Fi can come in. As they begin to talk Fi figures out that Rebecca is Molly childhood friend that disappered so many years ago. IMMORTAL!!! Fi tells Rebecca that Molly really wants to her so Becca agrees to meet them at 5:00 where the band is performing!! Fi tells Molly that she is going to meet them there at 5:00, but now here it is 5:35. Molly demands Fi to take her to Rebecca's house. Then it cuts back to Fi and Molly coming back in and looking disappointed. Irene tells Molly that they need another sound check and Molly walks over to the mic. She requests "Rebecca". As Molly is singing we see what happened when they went to see Rebecca. They walk into a empty house snd Molly is screaming Rebecca and them we see a young Molly walking into a house with a birthday cake that says..Rebecca...13. The house is empty too!!! Then we see Rebecca come in but not letting anyone know that is there. She watches Molly sing and with tears in her eyes she walks away!?!?! *****
Tulpa
When an innocent game of basketball turns into Fi almost getting hit by a car. Fi is sure that her new friend, James has the power to move objects with his mind, but it is actually his imaginary friend. Fi trys to help him but he is too afraid that it will hurt Fi. When he gets enough courage to go to Fi, she tries to explain that it is him, not his imaginary friend. All of sudden the wind blows are James runs to Fi window but it shuts. James runs out of Fi's room. Ned sees James run by with Fi behind him. James stops then this froces pushed Fi along with Ned to the floor.James runs off the bus. Fi runs back in her room notcing a pain in her arm, takes off her sling and notcies this big fingerprints on her arm. The next day Fi goes back to the park and finds James telling him that this thing is a tulpa and they are hard to get rid of. When she says this the winds blows and the chain from the swing behind her wraps around her legs pulling her. Fi gets the chains off from around her legs and holds on to the post. She is screaming at James saying that he can do. Then this limb starts to fall on Fi when Jacks runs up and pushes Fi over to tye ground. James screams leave me alone and the monster is gone....or is it??*****
Singularity
While the gang plays softball with local neighborhood kids, Fi gets Jack's disappearing foul ball on tape. While she is doing instant reply Clu sits down beside her and asks her is she and Jack is alright because they have being fussing. She trys to cover it up but Clu can see that something is wrong. As Fi watches the play back again she asks Clu where did the ball land. He points in the direction of this house. She looks back at the camera this time playing it back in slow mo. The ball justs disappears in mid air. They go to check it out resulting in Clu jumping in the warp along with Fi. When they land they are in this space type thing and around them are millions of softballs frozen and Fi finds a dog with "The Rocket" on the name tag. Clu tells Fi that he found Jacks ball and goes to pull it, but then this big black hole comes toward them freezing Clu. Fi starts to run and then falls through it landing on a bed. Fi is frightened and then hears the kids outside playing softball. Then she notices that Clu and herself is down there. She looks at the clock and it is 2:00 which is 15 minutes earlier. She starts beating and banging trying to get out, then Mad Max (owner of the house) comes running up and yelling at Fi. Fi runs down stairs but can't get the door open. She starts yelling to him about "that thing" as she called it, in his back yard. Finally getting him to understand what happened, they go out to the warp and jumps in. When they jump in they sae "Fi" running out of the warp. Fi takes the bat that Mad Max gave her and starts swinging at the balls. They fly through the warp making holes. Finally the warp is distoried and Fi and Clu comes crashing down. Clu is shocked at what just happened and Fi, noticing that he is Ok hugs him. She gets up and starts yelling for Max, then he comes crashing down with his dog, The Rocket. All of sudden a flash of light then here comes the millions of softballs. Fi grabs Jack's softball and throws it to him. He asks Fi if she wants to play and she agrees, but not before thanking Max.*****
Lost
While Fi and Molly are on the internet, Fi gets a an email with all these numbers and symbols for the name and subject. She thinks that it is "spam" mail, but checks it anyways. When she does it has pieces of info on it. She sends out an reply and in seconds the reply comes back answered. This time it has more info on it and she sends it, and the reply comes back. Fi finally discovers that this girl that was talking to her is on a coma and can send messages through her brain. Mean while they are trying to get her back "home". Kamilah, thats the girl is lost in her on own mind. When they finally get her back "home" with Jack and Clu's help she wakes up after being in a coma for 14 years!! *****
Note: This episode is a real tear jerker. If you ever watch it again, bring the tissues!!
Will O' the Wisp
While the gang is in Marfa, Texas Fi goes looking for the mysterious "ghostlights". While looking Jack gets off the trail because he hears some one calling his name. He walks over and this little flying light comes up to his face, he touches it and a flash of light. Fi sees the flash and runs toward, but notices that Jack is gone. Then he comes running out skipping,singing, and talking Scottish!!! Nobody can't seem to notice that he isn't the real Jack, but when Fi trys to Molly the freezes everybody except Fi and himself. They are in this world that is between the mortal world and the spirit world. He talks to Fi and she learns that he is trying to be like Jack. Fi warns him that she will find a way to get Jack back. He makes a bargain with Fi that she can either have Jack back or speak with her father. Fi knows that he is lying. She finally defeats the Will O' the Wisp. When this happens Fi is back on the bus with her family including Jack!!!!*****

After the rerun of Mondays episode Disney premiered the world wide So Weird music video of Machenzie Phillips singing "In the Darkness". It was totally the best video ever!! It also had cameos of Erik, Patrick and Cara!!

So Weird is taped at location in Vancouver, Canada. Henry Winkler (the former "Fonz") is the executive producer.
So Weird looks like a success for Disney, which needs to start building original programming hits in order to compete in a crowd, ever-expanding universe of TV choices.
So Weird is also different from other TV series because they are always in Vancouver. Whenever they say they are in Chicago, Rockville, Tulsa they are still in Vancouver, Canada.
With this is mind Henry Winkler says that Vancouver, Canada sets the mood for So Weird!! Where ever they are So Weird is still SO GOOD!!!
