David Palmer did musical arranging und orchestration for Jethro Tull since 1968. From 1971 to 1980 he was a full member of JT playing keyboard. He was Ians Co-Author, writing a stage musical, which later became "Too old to Rock´n´Roll: too young to die", where David Palmer made his recording debut wit JT playing a saxophone solo.He wrote a tv theme for the bbc series "Blood Of The British" called "Coronach" performed by Jethro Tull. He also arranged "A Classic Case" an album of symphonic arrangments
