CAA Application Process
- Attend an Information Brief

- Air Force spouses - contact Pope Education Center, (910)

- Complete CAA application
- Select an education program from one of the DOD-DOL approved
career fields
- Visit your school of choice and gather school information
required
- Gather verification documentation required
- Return completed CAA application, with all
required documentation, to the military Education Center
- Education Center reviews your CAA application for
completeness and verifies military eligibility
- Education Center will forward your application packet to the
Workforce Development Center (WDC)
- WDC will call you to schedule an appointment or
you may contact WDC at

- WDC ensures that DOL requirements are met, verifies that
your selected school meets eligibility criteria for CAA funding,
and confirms that your selected education plan meets CAA
guidelines
- WDC either approves or disapproves entry into the CAA
Program and issues voucher
- If approved into the CAA program, register for
training at your approved school.
