The first newletter for the season doubles as the 'home
page' for the Northside Schools Cross-Country competition, and gives contact
information for queries. It also details the timetable for this
year, highlights the main features of weekly competition, and outlines
the rules that apply to the pointscore competitions.
No. 2 4 May 2001
The second newsletter for 2001 gives some good tips on pre-run
eating, and some additional advice and words of welcome to new
members. It also contains a calendar of orienteering and ACT Cross Country
Club events to be held in Canberra over the winter season. Some recent
achievements of regular Saturday morning competitors are highlighted.
