I didn't get to pick him up for 4 days because he had to be "fixed." I picked him up and brought him home, and about 20 minutes after I got there the shelter called, and said the other people called, and they wanted me to have Chester! I told them I already got my dog... but kept thinking about it all week. That weekend John's brother and I decided we would get Chester for him! We went back and yet again were placed on a waiting list. The people had until 3 pm that day to call, so we left and waited. We got back right at 3, and they still had to check their messages! Well, they didn't call and we got him. We found out that he and Romeo were picked up together... and when we got him home they went nuts! They wagged their tails and licked each other's faces, they were so happy. Jerry ended up going back to Korea, and Chester stayed with me. John calls Chester his baby, and he even lets Chester sleep in the bed! He is the sweetest dog, he loves everyone. He likes to cuddle and lie down on the couch with whoever is sitting there and go to sleep. He has recently started sleeping on people's pillows, right above their heads! :) Romeo's leg healed on its own, and you would never guess he once had a broken hip. He is so silly and sweet, he will nudge your hand with his nose, and throw it up on his head if you are not petting him enough. :) They wrestle with each other and play fight, they act like little puppies. They are very spoiled and very well behaved dogs (when they want to be!). They like to go in the same crate together and sleep if it's cold, even though they have their own. Romeo and Chester are very loving, friendly dogs, and are so cute that they get away with everything! :)
