Being a God or
Goddess in Tyran is a
honor. It means that the People that live
here, respect and honor that you are their
Gods. It does not mean that you can go
around and demeanor your followers. Without
them to follow you, then you would not be a
God or Goddess. This is the reason that we
have set strict guidelines.
1. There can be
only 7 Gods or Goddesses in Tyran. This
limit was set so that there would not be any
people taking advantage of this Title, that
were not Well-Known and Respected
Players.2. No God or
Goddess can be in any Clan.3. No God or
Goddess can attack the denizens of Tyran
unless provoked physically.4. The only way
a God or Goddess can be killed by a mortal is
to remove some of their followers, lowering
their hit points or they can challenged to
the arena and killed according to their hit
points.5. Gods and
Goddesses can fight with either majick or
weapons. They do use swords, elements, and
so forth to fight.6. In the event
that one God or Goddess has done something
that shows defect in their Role as a God or
Goddess, then the other Gods and Goddesses
can challenge them to the arena.7. To follow a
God or Goddess, you dont have to neccesarily
agree to their views, but can beleive they do
exist. For Example: The God of Hate relishes
in people's hate and suffering. Followers do
not need to believe or love the hate of
others because of their God. They just need
to accept that hate does exist.8. Gods and
Goddesses can punish as well as reward, but
for each punishment they must reward three
times. Punishments last only one day and
rewards are infinate. So the same goes for
blessings and curses. No punishment shall be
death and no reward shall be godhood or more
hit points in the game, or something of that
nature.9. There is no
limit to a God or Goddesses hit points. It
goes according to how many followers they
each have. For every 2 followers this equals
1 hit point.10. Followers
can follow more than one God or
Goddess.Applying for God Status
1. The person
MUST be a Well-Known and Respected Player,
who understands the rules and guidelines set
forth in Tyran's Cove RPG.2. They must
have 15 or more followers in order to apply
for God Status.3. A Character
sheet must be made for their character. It
will be posted here for other players to
view.4. When becoming
a God or Goddess, a post should be made in
the Tyran's Cove Post, stating what your
running for, your reason why, and the name
your God would use.5. You must also
have a Registered Talk City Chat Room, to use
as your Temple or your land.6. Once you have
all of the requirements set forth in these
guidelines, then you will be voted on by the
SHC and will be notified as to whether you
have gained God Status, then you must Role
Play your accension.
