“I know, Kim, I cant believe we got backstage passes” Amanda said smiling
“no not that”
“then what?” Amanda said confused
“Nick likes you”
“What? your out of your mind!!!”
“yeah sure, like he gives every girl he meets backstage passes, and hugs them out of no where! sure” Kim said a little annoyed.
“He’s just being friendly, and he knows its your birthday, so maybe that’s why He brought us backstage” Amanda argued back, hoping her friend wouldn’t realize Amanda’s feelings for Nick were starting to build.
“do you like him?” Kim asked
“Uh, I dunno, I mean he seems like a great guy and all, but I know you like him and everything, and I dunno” Amanda said more confused then ever
“He is a great guy, and Amanda, I would rather you just tell me now, then have me find out.” Amanda knew Kim was right
“alright, I guess I do like him, but I don’t know if this is going to go anywhere so don’t worry”
“we’ll see about that”
“you’re mad aren’t you?” Amanda asked
“I’m not going to lie to you, I’m annoyed, I loved Nick for 2 and 1/2 years, and all of a sudden one night your in love..”
“I’m not in love..I don’t think” Amanda interrupted
“well, I mean I’m not mad at you, if Nick likes you, I’ll be happy for you!, I mean I know your probably not believing me, but really, don’t worry about it!” Kim said giving Amanda a hug. Amanda wanted to just drop the whole subject.
