“Amanda?” she creeped over to see if Amanda was up “Amanda? you up?”
“what?..kim?” Amanda asked rubbing her eyes “Kim its 2 in the morning, we need to get up in 3 hours” she looked at Kim “Kim whats wrong?”
“I’m not going!”
“what? Kim whats wrong?”
“I can’t”
“and that is because?”
“cuz, AJ is just like Taylor, and if I get involved....I just don’t want to get my heart broken again”
“Kim...life is taking chances, just...just come! and if you don’t wanna hang out with AJ then tell me, and I’ll explain to Nick, he’ll understand”
“no cuz then I’ll feel bad”
“Kim, dont worry about it, lets have a little fun before we have to go off to college!!”
Kim smiled, “oh alright I guess your right?!”
“ok, now go back to bed we gotta go to Rome in 3 hours!!” Kim just smiled and walked back over to her bed in the spare room, which is pretty much considered Kim’s room, because if Kim’s not at her house shes sleeping over Amanda’s.
“Kim wake up!! Its 5:00 we gotta get going!!”
“augh come on let me take a few more mintues?” Kim said pulling her blankets over her head as Amanda opened her shades in her room. Amanda jumped on the bed “come on lets go, get up!!!”
“alright alright” Kim jumped out of bed “I get the shower first!” she said running towards the shower
“no you dont!”
“oh yeah” Kim said running into the bathroom, slamming the door then locking it. Amanda waited in the kitchen with her bags all packed and an outfit laid out, she was so excited to see Nick again. She wanted to tell Nick that she loved him, but she could never get out the words.
“Ok I’m gonna tell him!!”
“tell who what?” Kim said walking into the room with her towel around her and her hair dripping wet
“I’m gonna tell Nick that I love him”
“ do you? or do you feel pressered into saying it?”
“no I really love him with all my heart and soul, I’ve never felt this way about anyway before, no one...and now that I’ve found my one true love..well..I think I aught to tell him, before I lose him too”
“aw Amanda thats sweet, but don’t worry you have all the time in the world, Nick’s not going anywhere.”
“yeah I guess, well let me go take my shower so we can leave”
After Amanda got out of the shower the two were set and ready to go. They got to the airport just in time for the flight. Nick got them first class tickets, so the two sat there feeling like roalty.
“so, you excited?” Kim asked
“yeah, I really am, I can’t wait to see Nick, and I’m gonna tell him how I feel and I need to ask him something very important, what about you?”
“I’m more nervous, what do you need to ask him?”
“well you know its almost the one year anniversary of my family’s death”
“yeah” Kim said somenly
“well, I wanted to ask him to join me for when I have to go the ceremony at the cemetery, you know about how my family...on the one year anniversary we all go to the cemetery and make speeches and everything” Amanda said with an upsetting face
“yeah...I’m sure Nick will come”
“I hope so, I really want him there with me”. Amanda said as a tear came down her face. Kim hugged her, wishing Amanda would never have to deal with the death of her family.
“anyway, lets change the subject” Amanda said wipping her tears away “so whats the deal with AJ?”
“oh come on” Kim laughed
“seriously, what are you gonna say if he asks your to hook up?”
“I don’t know”
“Kim, come on I know you’ve been thinking about it”
“yeah so?”
“so...what do you think your gonna say?”
“well” Kim said getting excited, then shifting in her seat to face Amanda “I guess I’ll say yes, I mean I like AJ, I don’t know how serious our relationship would be but we could try”
“we’re gonna have so much fun, I promise”
“yeah, we’ll see” Kim laughed.
“Please everyone be seated and buckle your seat belts, we are now going to landing shortly, please everyone be seated and buckle your seat belts” the flight attendent asked. Shortly after the plane landed both Amanda and Kim started getting butterflies in their stomachs. As they were getting off they just kept looking for Nick and AJ, and possibly the rest of the boys.
