~*~*Chapter 4*~*~
Riana woke up to the bright sunshine coming from her now opened curtains.
"Good morning, Leah." Riana said with her eyes still closed.
"Get up! I want to tell you about this guy!" Leah exclaimed. Riana sat up with a stretch and walked towards the kitchen.
"So, tell me about this guy." Riana sighed.
"OK. His name is AJ and he is going to be on the ship the WHOLE summer! He has blonde hair right now, he says he always changes it. He has the nicest brown eyes, but you will rarely see him without his sunglasses. And boy, can he kiss!" Leah ranted.
"Leah, you kissed him already? You knew him for what, five hours?" Riana asked.
"So? And he also has a single friend...."
"Great. Just what I need. Another guy like Jeff," Riana grumbled, stirring her chocolate milk.
"Ree, why do you compare every guy to Jeff? He is gone and out of your life!"
"I know, but how do I know that another guy won't turn out just like him?" Riana asked.
"You don't know. That's why you have to take some chances."

"I am not going to date someone I don't know, AJ!" Nick said in frustration. For the past week, AJ had been bugging Nick about Leah's friend.
"Why not?" AJ demanded to know.
"Because."
"Because why?"
"JUST BECAUSE, OK?" Nick fumed.
"She's not like Emily!" AJ said, and placed his hand over his mouth when he realized what he said. "Oh man, Nick. I am so sorry," AJ apologized. Nick shook his head and stormed out of the room.
"Nick, wait. I didn't mean to say it." AJ said.
"Yeah." Nick said, but continued to walk where he saw Brian, waiting for him. They had planned to go jet-skiing today.
"I can guarantee she's not like her. She doesn't even know your a Backstreet Boy!" AJ said.
"That's not the point, AJ. The point is that I can't trust anyone, ok?" Nick said. With that, him and Brian left to go out for a day of fun.

"This is refreshing," Riana said as she settled down into the sand.
"You bet!" Leah agreed. The two girls spread their blankets onto the sand and laid in the sun.
"It's getting pretty hot, Ree. Wanna go in the water?" Leah asked about an hour later.
"The water looks really rough!" Riana said. She looked down at the waves that were flowing onto the shore.
"Only to cool off." Riana agreed and they swayed in the water up until their hips.
"LOOK OUT!!" a man screamed behind them. Riana and Leah turned around and before they knew it, were splashed out to see by a larger than life wave.

"These waves are awesome!" Nick exhaled as him and Brian rode the waves on their jet skis.
"I know!" Brian screamed into the air. Then the boys noticed a big commotion over by the shore, followed by ear-piercing screams.
"HELP!" they heard someone scream, before being muffled by more waves. They heard another girl scream and this time they both took action and this time they rode their jet skis over to them.
"HELP ME, PLEASE!" a girl with blonde hair screamed. Without hesitation, Nick reached for her hands and helped her onto his jet ski.
"Is there anyone else?" Brian asked her.
"Yes! My friend. She's over there!" Riana cried, pointing over about 100 yards to where Leah was thrashing her arms wildly in the waves. Brian sped over to where Leah was and Riana put her head in her hands. She didn't even notice that the blonde stranger had taken her back to shore. She watched as Brian laid her friend's limp body on the sand.
"Leah, wake up!" Riana cried, slapping her friends face.
"Someone call an ambulance!" she heard an outsider say. Riana sat crying next to Leah until the ambulance pulled up. Riana hopped inside and held her hand, crying all the way to the hospital.

"I have to see what happened, to see if they are all right!" Nick said later that night. He couldn't get what he saw earlier today out of his mind. It wasn't everyday that he saw a drowning. Brian nodded.
"I'm pretty sure that I heard the lifeguard say they went to the nearest hospital. We could catch a cab," Brian offered. Nick nodded and they both went off in search for a cab.

"Thank you, Doctor." Riana said and held Leah by her shoulders. They walked out the hospital doors. The doctor had said that Leah's lungs had filled up with fluid and she required a lot of rest. They were just about to enter the parking lot when they heard footsteps coming up behind them. Riana turned them around and noticed them instantly.
"Hi," Nick and Brian said awkwardly.
"Hi. Thank you guys so much for today," Riana said. Leah looked very confused.
"Leah, these two men here saved our lives today," Riana said. They all shook hands and Nick found it very hard to keep his eyes off of the blonde girl standing before him. She looked oddly familiar, but how would Nick know someone with dripping hair and puffy eyes from crying? Nick had no idea, but somehow he would find out. Sooner or later.
"Thank you very much, but we have to get going," the brown haired said. Riana smiled and Nick felt his knees go weak.
"Bye," they said and walked to their car.

"Where is she?" AJ asked himself again. He had been calling his new girlfriend for the past three hours and no one picked up in her room. Just then he heard the door open and in walked Brian and Nick. Nick looked like he was thinking real hard, and Brian looked the same.
"I have a question for you guys." AJ said, walking over to them. Nick had completely forgotten that he was mad at AJ for saying stuff about "her". But he let it go, he had had a tough day.
"Yeah, Bone?" Brian said.
"I haven't spoken to Leah all day. Do you know where she is?"
"How would I know? I haven't even met her!" Brian said.
"I'll go to her room, then. Nick, wanna come with me?" AJ asked. Nick looked at AJ and sighed. He slowly nodded his head.
"Let me take a shower first, ok AJ?" Nick asked.

"I can't believe that you still want to go out tonight after all what happened to you today," Riana said in disbelief.
"What? It's not like I died or something!" Leah scoffed. "Besides, I haven't seen AJ all day and I want to see him."
"OK, fine. Let me take a shower and do my make up, ok?" Riana begged.
"Fine. Hurry up." Leah said.

"Let's hope that Leah's friend is here!" AJ said as him and Nick walked up the ships' stairs towards the second level of the first class rooms.
"AJ, you better not do ONE thing that would piss me off," Nick said, pointing a finger.
"Ok. Ok. Calm down, we're here." AJ knocked on the door. Nick froze when the door swung open, revealing a brown haired girl and a blonde hair girl, the woman who Nick couldn't get out of his head, stood right in front of him.
