Chapter 4
They all got out of the car and walked around. Brian pumped the gas and payed for it. While Kevin went inside to the bathroom, Lisa got out and started to walk around. While Nat and Nick sat on the curb playing with a tennis ball.
"So did you have fun in the car?" Nat asked him.
"Shut up. At least she didn't say I was annoying."
"Nah! Just drop it or we'll end up like them."
"Okay."
Lisa came up to them then.
"Sorry you guys. I just lost it."
"That's okay." Nat said.
"It might be if Kevin apologized to me." Nick said.
"He will. You two are friend."
"Okay."
"Well I'm going to wait in the car."
"Okay." Nat said.
Lisa started to walked towards the car when a guy pulled up and started to talk to her so she talked to him.
"You think something's going to happen?" Nick said as Nat and him watched.
"We'll soon find out here comes Kevvy."
Out walked Kevin and he was looking mighty pissed. He then started to scream at Lisa.
"What the fuck are you doing? You dumb hoe!"
The guy drove off and Lisa just looked at him.
"What were you doing?" He asked.
"Talking to him. He didn't know where he was going!" She yelled at him.
"Your such a fuckin liar, let alone a slut on top of that!" He screamed half way across the gas station.
Everyone at that minute looked at them.
"Can we please talk about this later?" She said calmly. "No, were going to talk about this right now." He yelled.
Nick and Nat looked at each other and then back at them. Brian came out and went into the car. Nat looked at Nick who now dropped the tennis ball.
"Lets go in the car and wait." She said.
They both walked slowly to the car. They got in the car. Nat sat in the front seat while Nick sat in the back.
"God, I wish they'd stop fighting." Brian said.
"Me too." Nat said.
"I hate sitting back here." Nick said.
"Then Nat if she wants can sit back there with you and one of them can sit here." Brian said.
"What if I don't want to?"
"Please Nat do!" Nick said grabbing onto her arm.
"Okay you big baby. I will when they come back." Nat said.
"Okay." Nick said.
They continued to fight for 15 mins. Brian was getting pretty much pissed off about it.
"You want to just leave them here?" Nat asked.
"Yeah right, they'll kill each other." Brian said.
A few mins later Kevin opened the door to the front seat.
"Natalie could you um..." He started to clear his voice.
"I'll go." Nat said and got up.
Kevin never called Nat, Nat. He would yell at Nick at times saying it's not proper. It was just Kevin though. Nat sat down next to Nick who moved over for her.
Lisa came in a few mins later. She was piss off too. She slamed the door and sat down next to Nat. They drove off and were quite all the way to the party.
At the part Nick and Nat sat on a couch and talked about how the party sucked.
Lisa just talked to everyone else. Kevin watched her as he sat at the bar. Brian kind of sat at the side of everyone else. He was already in a pissy mood he just wanted to be out of everyone's way.
He watched as Nick and Nat flirted.
"Man, what don't they just stop and go back out?"
He said to himself. Nick started to tickled Nat and she just laughed and flirted back. Then he looked at Kevin staring at Lisa. "They are just too differenet." He thought again. He secretly had a crush on Lisa. They were friends everyone knew that but Brian just had something for her. Lisa was getting sick of Kevin watching her talk to other people.
She went to the only place where she could get her privacy so she went inot the bathroom. Kevin watched her leave and then followed her to wait for her. Upstairs Kevin waited for her to finish. When she came out she saw him. Standing there.
