~*~*Chapter 45*~*~ (Yet another short chapter)
Nick tapped the steering wheel to the beat of the radio in the car on the way to his parents house. Every once in a while, he would take a glimpse of Monica out of the corner of his eye. He wanted to crawl under a rock when Josh kissed Monica a few minutes before.
' That should have been me, ' Nick said to himself. He remembered what Heather had told him. WIN HER BACK played over and over in his head as Monica's beautiful face looked out the window.
"What?" Monica asked when she noticed Nick staring at her.
"Nothing."
"No, tell me. What were you doing?" Monica insisted.
"Just looking....out...the window," Nick lied.
"Oh, that was lame, Nick!" Monica said, laughing.

"Nick! I missed you so much!" Jane Carter said to her son. She hugged him tightly as Monica stepped out of the car.
"Who's this?" Jane asked.
"This is my...friend Monica," Nick said to his mom.
"Hi, nice to meet you, Monica," Jane said with a smile.
"Pleasure's all mine," Monica said and shook her hand.
"C'mon, let's go inside," Nick said and dragged her in the house by her hand.
"AARON!!!" Nick screamed from the bottom of the stairs. A few seconds later, a little blonde boy with a girl about his age fled down the stairs into Nick's arms. Nick introduced Monica to Aaron and Angel and took Monica for a tour of his house.
"You want to play a video game?" Nick asked Monica.
"Sure," she replied.
"Really?" Nick looked surprised.
"Yea, why?"
"Most girls don't like to play video games," Nick said.
"I grew up with three brothers. And besides, I'm not most girls," Monica said and picked up a controller and prepared to beat Nick.

"I'm so tired," Brian said as they laid together in bed that night. Over the course of their vacation, they managed to get little sleep at night. Brian rolled onto his stomach.
"Heather, can you give me a massage?" Brian asked with puppy dog eyes.
"How can I resist that face?" Heather said and sat on Brian's back. Brian moaned in pleasure as her hands traveled along his back.
"How does that feel?" Heather whispered into his ear.
"Excellent," Brian said and rolled onto his back with Heather sitting on his stomach.
"I love you," Brian said and gave her a kiss.
"I love you, too" Heather said before getting lost in a kiss.
~*~*Chapter 46*~*~
"You cheated!" Nick argued with Monica about the video game.
"Face it, Nick. I won, you lost!" Monica teased. They laughed along with BJ as she sat with them and watched.
"Monica, I have to pick some stuff up at the store. Wanna come with me?" BJ asked.
"Sure," she said, oblivious to the glare that Nick was giving to BJ. A few minutes later, they were off to the local supermarket.
"I like her," Jane said to Nick back at the house. Nick nodded in response.
"Is there anything going on between the two of you?" Jane asked. Nick sighed.
"I wish." He quickly told his Mom about the Josh scenario.
"I really like her, Mom," Nick said. Just then they heard a car door slam in the driveway. BJ and Monica came into the house.
"Hey," Nick said greeting them.
"BJ was telling me stories in the car, Nick." Monica said.
"Oh no. BJ -" Nick started.
"Got any green bikini breifs for me, Nick?" Monica interrupted and started laughing along with BJ. Monica ran outside when Nick charged for her. He grabbed her by her waist and hauled her over his shoulders.
"Nick, don't you dare!" Monica screamed in protest when she noticed he was heading towards the pool.
"I think I have to!" Nick said as he stood on the edge.
"Wait, my watch!" Monica said.
"Oh, fine." Nick said and placed her down.
"Hey, Nick. Think fast!" Monica said and pushed Nick into the pool, clothes and all.
"I'm gonna get you!" Nick screamed as he chased Monica around the patio. He scooped her up and jumped back into the pool. Monica came up from the water and pushed Nick back under.

"Oh, I need a picture of this!" Jane said as she watched them from the kitchen. They were shooting each other with Aaron's waterguns.
"Guys, hold still for a minute!" Jane said before snapping the shot of the two of them in the water.
"Nick, just one more, c'mon!" she pleaded.
"Oh fine," Nick sulked. He pushed Monica in front of him and wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his chin on her shoulder. They lingered there for a few seconds after the picture was taken. The seconds were strong enough to send sparks of electricity through Monica's body. Her thoughts were interrupted once again by a splash of water.
"HA HA!" Nick laughed as he swam away with an evil grin on his face.
"Yea, you better leave Nick," Monica said as she neared him.
