What is PAL system? Answer: PAL system is a system for videotapes we use in some country’s of Europe. What is NTSC system? Answer: This is a system we use in America, Japan, and maybe more country’s. When I’m living in Europe, Can I see a NTSC tape? Answer: If you have a new video recorder, you probable can! Very much new video recorders can play a NTSC tape. Otherwise, you can always buy a new video recorder. If you have an old video recorder of “Akai,” or “Samsung,” maybe they can play NTSC tapes too, because they’re made in Japan. When I’m living in America, Can I see a PAL tape? Answer: Yes, you can. I don’t know or you can buy a video recorder that plays PAL tapes, but I do know there are shops where you can made a NTSC tape of your PAL tape. What will happen when I put a NTSC videotape in my PAL video recorder? Answer: That’s different.
