New Patches: CLEVELAND COURT 2004, RUCKER PARK COMPLETE COURT PATCH HIGH RES, PLAYOFF & FINALS 2003 LOGOS

Updated Patches: BOSTON COURT 2003 V3.0, MINNESOTA COURT 2003 V3.0

I intended to release these patches only on nbalive.org, but since that site has been down for weeks, I'm releasing them here, and only here. I'm getting rid of my other site mirrors as I don't have time to update & upload to 5 different sites. This will result in my patches being less available due to bandwith limits, but so many people didn't understand that I had mirrored my site anyway, so they weren't able to get the files when one of the sites went down. Anyway, I'd still like to have nbalive.org as the permanent home for my patches, but until it's problems are resolved, you can get my patches here.
