I am an 11 year old and my glider lived for only four years. Her name was Meeko. We fed her bugs and all kinds of things we didn't know was bad. She got a kidney infection, and the doctor took her, and checked her out. She slept with me in bed, and when I woke at 3 am to give her medicine, she was fine. at 5, I couldn't find her, so I thought she ran to her cage as always.
I got up, and she rolled out of my shirt, dead. I didn't recover for 3 days. It was an awful loss.
