My Poems
He sees
He sees circles
He sees squares
He sees stars
Red black yellow and blue
He sees his life
Flash before him
Which leads to nowhere
He sees the bars before his face
His hands thrash to kill
He tries
He cries out in pain
He sees freedom
Which he once had
He sees his children
Without knowledge of his burden
He feels anger
He feels pain
He feels hurt
He feels hunger to escape
He is gone from the world
Never again
Will he feel the breeze across his face
Nor see flowers
Or starry nights
He knows what it's like
To survive
Untitled
They want materiel things
They dream of fame
They crave fortune
They long for success
She wants love
She dreams of happiness
She craves comfort
She longs for freedom
It is there
It can give
To they and to she
It has no choice
It would rather stay
Then go away
They will win
And she
She will cry
The Hole
You've dug yourself a hole
It's deep and dark
And lets no daylight in
But you feel safe
No one can come in
And no one can come out
Why did I have to come?
Why did you bring me here?
Maybe you decided you were lonely
In this deep, dark, ugly hole
Or maybe you needed to feed
The maggots that occupy your soul
Maybe I was some sort of sick obssesion
That sprung from your hate
The hole has hands
They grasp and grab
I was weak
It was strong
It won
But I have found the branch
The branch you could not find
I hope you stay
I hope you leave
I hope you die
But I wish you happiness
I hope something holds you down like you did me
But I pray you a way out
