Opinion: A must-see show for fans of pure wrestling. This is a show that only Bill Watts would have put on and is about the closest thing you will ever see to a Japanese wrestling show on American soil. Steamboat vs. Rude was off the charts with great ring psychology and a tremendous finishing sequence. Some consider Sting vs. Cactus a classic, (including Cactus, himself, referring to it as among his best matches) although I thought it was a bit too short to reach that status. Still, a very entertaining match with some sick bumps, and in a historical sense was significant in that it was one of the first times a guy known for work ethic, rather than star quality, was given a match of such high profile against the World Champion (although a non-title bout). I could go on and on about the rest of the card, but rather than taking my word, do yourself a favor see this show yourself.
