Excitement continues as A Check Exact innovates changes for all frustrated families via PCS [including to save the children (Psalm 72.4) and preserve the future] and accordingly new better innovations coming at a wiser pace [reference Solomon (1 Kings 4.31)].

What does the above "sequence" [for initial formulation pattern see (GodMath / United States Navy / Article 7)] have to do with "families, safety, mass transportation, flying cars, and the next major step in PCS."? A worker often continues doing as previously in routine "there's nothing wrong with being a [proper worker], it is a respectable position" [(reference affiliated ICCDBB God Sermon) first ICCDBB Sermon of 2012], yet when a worker functions wisely they tend to better advance [(reference Demming) Quality Assurance]. But often a selfish view is that automation would appear to cost them their job, so they don't help the business owner automate to make larger profits.
Yet PCS has helped A Check Exact unravel control over Automation. If "Automation" is to "cost them their job", then per se in ratio "Innovation" is in ration respectively as to "Automation", that in other words as A Check Exact has applied Innovation can control Automation. Some such as on television talk about free enterprise as if to put President Barack Obama out of business, but PCS shows that tendency toward a downturn in economy. It is not normal that a person, especially of a President, that they would wake up one morning and wrongly plan "today I will ruin the economy". Instead the President and people help people [not counting law breakers contrary to PCS (Matthew 5.18 and last portion of United States Declaration of Independence)].
To know what to expect next is goodly, to fathom the steps thereafter is better.
If you for instance, 1. have a job to build a fence, and 2. figure how to automate construction, yet 3. understand a new innovation makes the automation of construction obsolete, then it would be goodly to know 4. how to utilize that innovation to your advantage from the start.
We can innovate to automate as much as proper and able reasonably. Having an automated system we can innovate further to improve that automated system. Yet to go beyond that system, PCS was formed as the standard, to help the other systems get along with each other the best way in law, also including any areas not covered by law, such as by faithful gentle loving kindness innovating a better way to harvest honey not only for the product, also for the worker, for the profit, for the buyers, and so on, as there is no law requiring [gentle control (Galatians 5.23)] much less standardization of such per se save PCS.

After many months of mailing Security PCS documents with nearly each having detailed illustrated diagrams, charts, and other PCS information to President Barack Obama, thanks was received and much appreciated, especially of President Barack Obama's concern for proper family units as a standard [pic included (reference 1 Timothy 4.12 and 1 Peter 2.21)].
A Check Exact is also proud to see customers such as Integrated Power Services, LLC, IPS, doing so well supplying industry with large electrical generators, and on the most recent visits A Check Exact did traditional Magnetic Particle Testing, MT, and Ultrasonic Testing, UT, and also worked with Industrial Customer Service Manager Jack Kawecki involving some other new Ultrasonic and Sonic testing equipment, concerning calibration, range of applications, and other proprietary matters as technology advances.
A Check Exact work with IPS, located in South Carolina, has always found IPS products of high quality through the years. A Check Exact has also helped other customers near IPS such as to help MSI quality concerns, converting England specifications for Ultrasonic Testing of forklift forks, so MSI can now provide a higher level of quality control in US forklift forks quality leadership.
It is important to note that when cranes, forks, and other key factory items break as evidently happens far more often when factories do not have proper NDT such as A Check Exact offers and has witnessed increasingly, factories cease to operate as a function of lack of proper preventative maintenance by proper expertise. For instance at one typical location a person picked up a can of NDT Penetrant and read the label and concluded that was all there was to it due to lack of proper legally authorized federal Prioritized Comprehensive Standardization (see above announcement), which can be very dangerous when buyers of industrial products assume qualified people checked what the buyers are buying. In similar pattern though more outrageous at another merged company manufacturing large electrical generators Quality Managers got rid of the Ultrasonic experts [a different lab, not A Check Exact] and their own Engineers, the main people that solved problems their problems and made improvements, though their Management found out the hard way through trial and error that something was awry and recently phoned A Check Exact for free help as all too often happens to A Check Exact which has received a flood of free help calls from governments and others.
Also it is important to have periodic maintenance NDT checks independent of whether previously mandated or not. To stop production due to failed equipment which failure could easily have been avoided is evidence of a pattern of a terrible mindset known for typically and often risking lives, along with being counter productive with profitability on hold while payroll becomes a burden instead of a solution.
With the PCS Innovation formula above, greater than the processing aspect for jobs is the aspect of the designing especially the optimum comprehensively prepared design from the start prior to construction, such as prior to establishing a new production line, or as a minimum PCS rather than stop gap which covers the next step rather than also considering reliably predictable future stages. That is, many workers seek to protect their jobs more than to protect comprehensively. If they create a system that requires their personal repeat work instead of solving once and for all, they often ensure further personal employment for a time. Therefore proper employer incentive is indicated (PCS).
Maintenance, calibration, standardization, and similar is not always plainly evident to people even though many people are experts in other fields, such as overhead reduction. Yet to have best overhead reduction is to best team together with others, experts in their fields [including buyer feedback / buyer concerns, and all others (ibid.)]. Others outside your company need be properly included in every stage, not merely to concern traditional marketing, nor any other aspect as if isolated (reference Total Quality Management, ISO Compendium, Demming and similar). This includes overhead reduction in terms of problems other businesses and governments have, you share the same problems they have such as repetition concerning paperwork.
People used to say you have to repeatedly often spend money on printing letterheads, but that's just not true.
Former ways have passed, and they didn't pass simply in order to make your life worse. The advent of the Internet for instance showed you could save ink. Ink continues to be available, and ink continues to be an option.
If you want to fight each problem on your own, that's your personal choice. But just as no man is an island unto himself [save Jonah in a fish (rather 2 Chronicles 15.2)], so too no business should consider itself alone, with no help available.

The big breakthrough finally came, praise the Lord! After years of designing complex high tech cutting edge aerospace systems such as for federal government including secret global security matters, our new illustrations and formulas have now made it clear as to how to go about building excellent, very safe, easy to control, user friendly, powerful, affordable Flying Cars for the general public.
A Check Exact continues to offer Consulting, Designing, and Reporting services, though due to this finding the focus is on Flying Cars. Worthy of mention since our last newsletter is that in our traditional services a highlight was secret work with federal contractor Timken, with A Check Exact answering to Timken QA, their top Engineer, and their top Level III Researcher, as A Check Exact designed new immersion ultrasonic automatic systems, and instructed and watched over activities of teams of engineers and experts from various companies including personnel that regularly interacted with TV celebrity physicist Dr. Stephen Hawking (shown here thrilled to be weightless at NASA). Top Timken personnel were astounded at how quickly problems were solved within ISO, JIT, TQM, and Six Sigma, and we guided and fielded Q&A for dozens in management touring the new operations.
Another project which has taken years to complete due to having to tunnel under waterways, major roads, and portions of the City of Charlotte, NC, has been over the new Water Main, catching leaks prior to filling, reviewing works done by other labs, advising welders and leading crews, while checking for quality. This Water Main

replaced the old which was tough to crawl through, while you could walk through the new Water Main stretching for miles at a cost ranging between $19 million and $29 million according to one report. On completion at a large meeting with the Mayor, Public Works Coordinator Roger Overbeck noted “very nice.”
As do people in general, A Check Exact Customers over the years have often complained of many types of transportation related problems, and now a solution has been found by Level III Dr. Bob Benchoff, CJ, who was rated “Senior Employee“ by federal government when he was young, and listed in the top 1% in the field of “Reasoning“. The solving process included a particular moment when on one sheet of paper were two pertinent illustrations placed side-by-side to compare patterns and distinguish factors, as is often done [or when appropriate in overlay]. Though in this case with an illustration of one of the machine types actually available (though never properly applied to this need obviously), and an illustration of what was actually used (for helicopters in this case), a key factor was visually noted which seemed to have been overlooked by aircraft designers (though they are otherwise typically excellent experts). With the illustrations side-by-side, the numbers were then plugged-in verifying the huge value to applying this machine type to Flying Car methodology.
Until the skies are crowded with Flying Cars, these should be even more safe than regular cars, as long as the qualified (per Plan) pilots don’t fool around, including keeping a proper lookout for moving cranes and similar, with safety contingent partly on a proposal planned after testing, for a new [DHS and] FAA system to best handle many aircraft of relatively localized flights, and in that Plan (toward idiot-proof for public benefit) are criteria for evidently best handling computerized flight plan requirements (see A Check Exact main site link on Cisco advancement) prior to flights including to not run into other flyers, reasonable landing zone criteria, and training though this Plan is to have a fair amount of reliance on intelligent vehicles, aside from certain reasons for manual overrides for some types of situations, and emergency conditions if applicable yet rather automatic safety backups pending various testing.
A Check Exact would like to see a large helicopter manufacturer get involved, especially as a credibility verification matter to review power / efficiency numbers initially, and with such verification there would expectedly be launched a multitude of interest by investors, see angelfire.com/dc/gov where you can also see illustrations of former theory problems in patterns that have worked against rockets, jets, planes, helicopters, hot air balloons, and birds. This would also likely be used in the energy industry and other, though current focus is on the A Check Exact Flying Cars Plan.

The A Check Exact Flying Cars Plan is not geared toward any individual personal flying suit (a future consideration), it is geared toward family use, similar to a car.
The A Check Exact Flying Cars Plan is proprietary (see site), and government will predictably intervene for security reasons. Accordingly the design is secret so A Check Exact is not disclosing what the design is. Yet A Check Exact can say some things about what it is not. The A Check Exact Flying Car Design included in the Plan, is not the airplane with folding wings pattern such as Terrafugia has made which has appeared in the headlines lately (which raises grave concerns about streets turning into runways); nor the flying saucer pattern developed by the US Navy long ago and more recently reconsidered and retried such as by Moller; nor the flying airboat with kite pattern (though notable); nor other similar extensive wasters of energy pattern (no affiliations with A Check Exact unless otherwise stated). The A Check Exact Flying Car Design also does not rely on explosives, chemical reactivity, wings, unusual magnetism, gyro patterns, nor similar as has been on TV and the Internet. The A Check Exact Flying Car Design is old proven methodology newly arranged and applied. So far no special nor expensive fuel is warranted.
The main part of designing obstacles has already been conquered, though because of A Check Exact experiences with so many big businesses and governments, it is important to be certain as to the funding, capabilities, and desires of the manufacturer(s), prior to establishing the actual finished product design with many details. For instance a manufacturer might harbor concerns of it being cost prohibitive initially to use certain types of materials prior to testing. And for instance it would be misleading to illustrate that it would look a certain way, only to have a manufacturer utilize some new cutting edge current technology to improve on the design drastically altering it’s appearance. Also for instance a key core component can be hollow for a prototype and such as for security, though for public mass production it would likely cost effectively be better as a solid, so FAA safety experts for instance might become upset if it is not as described.
