Medieval
Byzantine style was originated in eastern part of the roman
empire the words Byzantine came from Byzantium, in one picture in the middle

outside of San Vitale was used brick to construct and the inside with marble.
In the left is a mosaic of Justinian wall and in the right there is a mosaic
of Theodora the Justinian's wife wall too. In this mosaics halo is the thing
that go in the heads of Justinian and Theodora to represent their earthly and
spiritual powers.

stained glass and flying buttresses.
