December 2004: Well Well Well... A lot has happened since we have last talked. As far as the band goes, well the way I look at it... we are just on a long break. Lol. Well we will see. Starting with John... John is doing great, he is running a booming business. If you see him tell him I said whats up. Lol. Ron... Oh good ol' Ron. He has since Joined the Airforce and moved overseas to England. Say Hi to the Queen Dude. Jaymi, well if any of you have checked out the site in the last few months you would have noticed the Main Page post I had up about him getting married. Yes, Yes, He got married. He is also in the Airforce, stationed in Delaware for now. As for Myself.... Well I am still rocking away as much as I can. I currently live in the Deep South. Mississippi. Its really cool down here. Some different shit, thats for sure. Southern Metal Rocks!!! I should be coming back north sometime in Feb. I think. As soon as I get back home I will be setting myself up a small in-home studio where I will be writing some kick-ass tunes. Well thats all for me and the SelfWorth crew for now. April 2003: Hey all... It's me Mike. Well if you saw the main page then you know that we are back together and one short. Also you should know that we are having a show on April 26th, at East Coast Billiards with a couple of other bands. Slughead,Distance Undone, possibly Alluvion. Hope to see you there.
July 2002: Well Guys .... It's over... After some struggle with the band, we have finally called it quits. To any of those who want to know any further details, please feel free to Email me....
June: Well there has been a change. After multiple attempts to reason with him, and give him chances to inform us of his plans, things didn't turn out as we had hoped. Ron has decided on his own terms to leave the band. We are sorry that this has happened. The remaining members of the band are going to try to restart with a hopefull new beggining. Wish us luck. We will hopefully be returning with something new in the next month or two. Thank you for your patience.
May: To add to the section below, this should clear things up. Our band was founded by the four guys in which this band consists. Each of the four have there flaws and each of them have presented problems at certain times. Well as some of you may know, we have done nothing but try to write music for the past year. And try to get some kind of good demo out. Well that obviously hasn't happened, for a number of reasons. Well we are on, and have been on a break from the band for about a month now. That gives everyone enough time to clear their heads about whats going on. So until everyone is ready, we are outta the scene. As proof that we are not breaking up, we are in search for a bassist. One has been found but we are waiting to jam with him first. As soon as more happens, you will know here... Thank you ... Any questions, email one of us.
There is a few things going on right now: 1) Ron is currently making a decision about the band, and 2) the band is now practicing in a warehouse, which we are splitting the cost of with another band( Former members of Flatlined, Jeff and Hans, with Curtis and Kerri).
April: Well, its been a little while since any new news has been posted. We had a show on the 5th that was for Jaymi's b-day. It went well. There are pics of that show on the pics page. The only other important news that should be addressed is that John was put into the hospital again and he is back at home recovering now. So we all give him our best.
March: Bad, Horrible News... We had plans to play a Battle of the bands on March 29th at Mass. High School. Well the show is cancelled. We seem to have this luck. Well I am sorry to all who had plans to see us. Reasons for the cancellation is b/c the Drama teacher at the school will not stay to watch the auditorium. Again we are sorry.
Well it is now March and no completed Demo. Honestly we only recorded the guitar parts for Spiritual Warfare. And that took a really long time. The band is having highs and lows right now. We have had one practice with every member here one day in the past 2 months. We are planning to record but how and where is uncertain at this point. There are a couple of different possibilities right now. Sorry if this is a set back for some of you but it is a huge setback for us also. Sorry and Thanks for all the support
February: For an update on the demo: We are still trying to work on the demo. Our recording process is changing around, so it is taking longer than expected. We have also decided to take Nothing From Nowhere of the list and add Insomniac. If you want to know why, ask Jaymi. The Track list is changed to accomodate this.
Well I have been working on the site as much as possible so that I could get all the little things fixed. Also, I finally got the pictures from the King George show back up. You can see them on the Pics page. If anyone has ideas for updates to the site, please email them to me...
As of the 5th of this month we have decided to change the amount of songs on the demo. The list below has been changed to accomodate those changes. Insomniac and Evolutions Child have been dropped do to time constraints. Sorry!!!
January 2002:Well It is definite now, we are going to be starting the demo on Saturday the 2nd of February. We will most likely be doing only 2 songs a day. So it might take a few weeks to finish.

We are going to hopefully be recording a new demo that will have good sound and we will actually distribute to people. Its the new year and it marks a whole new chance for SelfWorth to begin again and we will hopefully have a great year. Not really knowing what we can do...Progress is hopefully going to be made.
December: Well, we did 2 things this month worth mentioning. One, we had Sancho and Chris from Backdown join us at a practice and we are hopefully going to have a show with them sometime.. Two, we played at funland again (SelfWorth vs. Funland part three we have it on tape) Well that was fun..
There is one bad thing that happened over the entire month. The band has not practiced fully(the whole band) once. John is working and Ron... well Ron is busy with other things.. lol He can tell you. Jaymi is in California as I speak and well I've been all alone playing my guitar... ... So... As soon as we get back together during the new year we should make some money to enter a studio... or something of that sort...

Our first show was on Nov. 3rd and it rocked. We are hopefully going to have some more shows spawn from this so if ANY other bands see this then please, lets get together and play.... But thank you very much for the support on Saturday. Thanks to all the bands also.
The Demo is under more construction than I thought. We are now thinking about re-recording it and adding more songs, while possibly improving the songs we already have. Email me about it if you have ideas or intrests. I hope to have more on this soon.
Well for all those who read about John and his surgury then I have some news for you. John is out of the hospital as of I think Saturday and he is doing pretty good. You should all contact John and tell him how you feel.
September:Well I have finally fixed the big page fault. Now the pages all show up on the main screen, not the menu screen.
Also some good news for us and possibly you all: We finished a four song demo. It will be out on cd for us to distribute to you all soon. Email one of us about getting a hold of it.
AUGUST:Hey well the news is that I havn't been able to update in a while and now I am back to hopefully improve the site.
We will be playing a show on Saturday August 11th at Funland again. You should all come out and see us. It will be awesome.
THIS IS OLD NEWS:~~~Right now our band is doing great. We are gonna try to put all efforts into our own music now and see what we can come up with. Our songs are coming out pretty damn good.
We finally played a show. It wasn't in the greatest of places, FUNLAND, but it gave us some live expierience. It also set us up for our first pying gig.
