Munky's real name is James Shaffer, and he is currently engaged.

Munky lives in Huntington Beach, California.
-He was raised in Bakersfield
-He got his nickname cuz when he spreads his toes they look like monkey hands
-He cut off the tip of his index finger from his left hand in a three wheeler accident (he was on his way to an after hours party, he got on his bike-the chain was making a loud clanking noise, so wihtout stopping to thin about it, he stuck his finger in between the chain, and there it went)-His doctor suggested to him to take up an instrument to rehabilitate his finger, Munky instantly thought of the guitar
-He was an original member of LAPD, and Creep-He is also the only guy in KoRn that's not married, but he is engaged =( so that will soon change.
-He got his first guitar from Head, and says he got ripped off, it was a Peavey Mystic that looked like a big tooth, he gave Head $300 for it, but since Munky didn't know much about guitars, he thought he had scored a bargain.
