Chapter Twenty-Six
Couple of weeks later...
"Man..what a night. That was one great and loud crowd out there. Don't you think?"
"Yeah. That was the loudest bunch we've had in a long time."
"Thank god we only have a few more shows before we get a month break. Then after that we go to Europe for 2 months."
"Well try not to worry about that. It won't be for awhile."
"Guys, hurry up and get ready, I wanna go to that new club."
"CHill AJ, it's still early and there's no show tomorrow so there's no rush. You're gonna be there all night anyways."
"But I wanna get there now."
"Just wait. We'll be out when we're ready. You go round up everyone else."
After AJ left, the rest of the girls finished putting on their makeup, outfits and hair clips and sprays, they finally left for the club not any of them knowing that the next day would be one big day for all of them.
At the club 2 o'clock in the morning...(Nick's POV)
"I think I'm gonna sit this one out Mel. I need a drink. I'll be back in a few minutes ok?"
"K hun. Take your time." She blew him a kiss and started dancing with AJ.
I returned the kiss and walked over to the bar.
"What'd cha like?"
"Just a beer." I put my head down on the counter and closed my eyes. Without opening them, I felt someone sit down beside me. "Hey Nicky. Havin fun?"
I opened my eyes and lifted my head. It was Mandy. "I was til you came around. What do you want now?"
"Just wanted to see why you were here sitting all by yourself when you could be dancing with me."
"No thats ok. In case you havent noticed, I already have a girlfriend and she's waiting for me to get back so if you would excuse me, I should be going now."
"Not so fast Nicky. Just one dance."
"I said no."
"Why not?"
"Because I don't want to dance with you." I got up and was about to walk away when she stepped in front of me.
"FIne. Let me buy you a drink then. I wont take no for an answer."
"Alrite fine. I'm gonna go tp the bathroom first." she moved and I left.
Mandy's POV
"I got him right where I want him. Once him and I are alone in my hotel room tonight, neither one of us are gonna be apart for long."
"What would you like lady?"
"Two beers please."
"Here ya go."
"Thanks. All I have to do is drop this into Nick's drink and he'll be mines again before you know it." She dropped this powder into Nick's drink and waited til he came back. He returned 5 minutes later and sat down. "Here Nick, I ordered this for you." He took the cup drank it and said, "Thanks." A few minutes later, the drink seemed to be in action. "Nick?"
"Yeah?"
"How ya feeling?"
"Drowsy. I think I had a drink too much. I think I'm gonna go back to the hotel and sleep."
"I was just on my way. Why dont I take you?"
"That sounds great."
We walked out to the car and I drove back to the hotel. We walked up to my room and I invited Nick in. "Why dont you come in for awhile?"
"Sure. Why not?" he walked in and sat on the bed.
"I'll be back in a few minutes. I'm gonna go change. This skirt is just too tight."
"Sure. OK...Take your time. There's no rush." she went to go change and came back a couple minutes later in a robe. She walked over to the bed and sat down beside Nick. "MY leg muscles are feelin kinda sore. Can you rub them for me?"
"Sure." she lifted her leg and placed them onto Nick's lap.
