Cant Have You
Chapter Twenty-Five
At the beginning of the show...
"Aahhh...I'm so excited!"
"Geez girl, calm down."
"I cant believe I've gotten this far! I didnt plan on it! I hope I dance OK."
"Mel, you'll do fine. You're a great dancer!"
"OK guys, get in your position. The first song is starting in 2 minutes. Mandy's wrapping up now"
"Are you guys ready?"
"Yup."
"All set."
"Great. Let's go rock the stage!"
They all left the room and went on stage to perform and after the first 3 songs, they came back and had a costume change while the guys sang a ballad. Then the girls and the other dancers came out to do a little dance routine while the guys went to change. After abour 2 hours of dancing, changing, and singing, the concert was finally over.
On the bus, after the show..
"That was so awesome. I cant wait until tomorrow night. It's gonna be so much fun!"
"Yeah it is but it's gonna get tiring after awhile."
"We'll see about that." Everyone was quiet for a few minutes before Tina broke the silence.
"So what do you guys wanna do tonight?"
"I'm going to sleep." Howie said.
"Me too. I'm beat. See you guys in the morning." Slowly about 4 people had gotten up and left. Brian, Tina, AJ, Amanda, Nick and Mel were left. "What about you guys? What are you doing?"
"I'm going to a club tonight. I'm not tired yet." AJ got up and left with Amanda trailing after him.
"Bye guys."
"Bye. Have a good time."
"Well it looks like it's just us 4 again." Brian said.
"Not exactly Bri."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Me and Mel are having a girls' night out. So it's just you and Nick. You guys can play video games or something tonight. C'mon Mel, let's go."
"Bye Nick." She kissed him and left.
"SO it's just us. Wanna go shoot some hoops or something?"
"Nah. I'm gonna go for a walk. We can play some nintendo when I get back."
"K. Have fun."
OUtside...
Things had been so weird ever since I saw Mandy again. Even though I love Mel with all of my heart, I somewhat still felt connected to Mandy for some strange weird reason. I dont know if I still love her or not. But after what she had to me how COULD I?
"Nick? Is that you?" I heard a female voice call my name. I turned around and saw Mandy there.
"What do you want?" I asked in a soft voice.
"I told you we'd talk later so here I am. How have you been? I havent talked to you in such a long time. I missed you, you know. That choice you made that day was a huge mistake and you know it. Dont you wish you never left me now?" she asked walking towards Nick.
"I'm glad I did what I did and there's nothing you can do or say to make me regret it. You are one horrible person Mandy and that's one thing about you that will never change. I suggest you stay out of my way and my life. That is if you know what's best for you."
"Nick, I kno what I want and I'm gonna get it. Just watch and see. Everything will be my way and that's something YOU wont be able to change." She smiled and kept walking. Before she turned at the corner she turned around and said, "By the way, you looked really hott on stage tonight. Maybe you can show me some of your moves later K? My hotel room is just 2 doors down from yours. Dont be afraid to stop by. Toodles."
"Great. Of all people to go on tour with, why her?" Nick mumbled to himself and walked away.
