Chapter Twenty-Two

Nick and Mel

"Isnt this place beautiful Nick?"

"Yeah it's lovely."

"Are you enjoying yourself?"

"As a matter of fact yes I am. This place just relaxes my mind and being here with you tops everything off."

"Aww..that's so sweet of you to say."

"Only for my girl."

"My girl..I like the sound of that." I smiled and leaned in for a kiss.

"Come on let's go on the swan boat ride."

"OK. I'm right behind you. Lead the way Captain." he laughed and took my hand.

At the same time..

"You guys all have cellphones right?" Everyone took theirs out and began switching numbers with everyone else just in case something happened or came up at the last minute. "We'll meet back here in 3 hours. If you get lost just call the person you're shopping with. It's a big mall so be careful and watch the fans, they'll hunt you down if they find out you're here."

"Yikes. We wouldn't want that to happen around now would we?"

"Nope. Now's not a good time."

"OK enough talking. Time's awasting and I wanna shop."

"Alright..damn Tina."

"What? I need new clothes!"

"Yeah but you dont have to be in such a rush. We have more than enough time. We're not leaving for awhile so calm the hell down."

"Well sorry for being so excited. You love shopping also so why are you complaining?"

"Cause I'm not the one who's here complaining and going 'I wanna shop til I drop'"

"OK guys enough. I think we need to cool it off for awhile."

"Yeah come on Tina let's go."

"Be careful ok guys?"

"We will."

The boat ride

"Nick, Look aint that cute?"

"Not as cute as you are."

"Nick, you're making me blush!"

"You look even cuter when you blush." I smiled and playfully slapped his arm.

"Come here." he said opening his arms. I moved over and leaned against his body.

"You know Nick...I've been waiting for you my whole life. You're a dream come teue and I'm so glad that we're finally together. You bring me so much happiness and I cant ever thank you for that."

"I can only do what I can to please you. You're my joy and happiness and I love you so much."

"I love you too."

Just as we were about to kiss, I heard a scream. I looked at Nick and looked up. Right in front of me were 3 teenage girls. "Oh My God! It's Nick Carter! Here...on this ride! Oh my god! Can I have your autograph please?" Nick sighed and signed the piece of paper she was holding out. "Oh my god. Thank you sooo much. I love you Nick."

"I love you too." Before the girls could say anything else, the ride stopped. Nick and I got up, he took my hand and we left. After getting off, Nick and I walked around to look at the nature of things a while longer. Then we left and headed to a secluded area where I knew Nick would like. It was a beach house where I use to go every summer to visit my Grandparents But they passed away a couple of years ago and gave the beach house to me. This was where I went to get some peace and relaxation. I knew that this would be the perfect place where Nick wouldn't be found or disturbed by his many loving fans. It took us around 25 minutes to get from the common to the beach house. When we got there, I got the key from under the mat and opened the door.

"C'mon on Nick."

"OK, cool place. Who does it belong to?"

"Me."

"You? You bought this beautiful place?"

"It was my grandparents' house. They passed away and they gave me the house. I used to come here every summer. It's really beautiful. Maybe later we can go out on the boat K?"

"Sounds awesome." Nick and I went to the kitchen, made some lunch and talked. After that was over we went to watch a movie and ended up falling asleep in each other's arms.
