Chapter Fourteen
"Hey Nick?"
"What?"
"Can we come in? We have to talk. We have a problem on our hands."
Nick sighed and open the door. "Come on in."
"Thanks." the 4 others walked in and took a seat on the chairs and beanbags.
"What's the problem?"
"What made you confess your feelings for Melanie?"
?"You know about that?"
"Yeah. She told us that she said that you guys could never be together. She's downstairs with the girls crying her eyes out."
"She's crying?"
"Yeah Nick. It's sad seeing her in a position like this."
"But she's the one who said we couldn't be together."
"Do you know why?"
"She said I only have feelings for her because she was thenext female that I had set eyes on."
"Is that teu though?"
"No it's not. I had feelings for her before we even broke up."
"And did you tell her that?"
"I never got the chance too."
"Then why don't you go tell her now?"
"Because i refuse to talk to her. She's gonna give me the Mandy speech and when she came up earlier she said it was one of the last times we would ever talk and I never got the chance to tell her because after she finished what she was saying she took off."
"We're sorry Frack. Wish there was something we could do."
"Actually there is."
"What?"
"Can you all tell her that I'm sorry and that I DO love her?"
"Sorry Nick. That's something you have to do on your own."
"I guess so."

Mel and Tina
"Hey Teens?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you mind staying at Brian's tonight? I wanna spend some time alone tonight."
"Not at all. Do you really want to be by yourself though?"
"Yeah. I'm sure."
"Alright. I have to go now. Brian's taking me out again."
"Have fun okay?"
"Thanks." I walked over to her an gave her a hug. "See ya."
"Bye."
After Tina left, I decided to watch some tv. But since nothing good was on, I went over the my lil corner and started writing some letters. Around 11 I went to bed since I had to be up early th next morning. I set my alarm for 5:30 and drifted off into a deep slumber.
Nick..
"What do you think I should say to her?"
"I don't know."
"I just wish that things work out for us."
"I do too buddy. Listen I'm sorry. I wish I could stay longer but Tina and I are meeting up."
"Oh..Have fun."
"Thanks...and Nick?"
"Yeah?"
"Try not to think so much about her ok?"
"Alright. I'll try."
"Bye."
"See ya."
For the rest of the night, the guys just hunged out, hoping that the mess between Nick and Mel woukd work out soon.
