In the first picture we see West NC 54. Well, click on it and take a closer look, you'll notice another sign in the background. Why it is Junction NC 54, so what was I driving on all this time?

In the second picture, there seems to be a direction problem with one of signs. Can you guess which one is incorrect?  If you said US 221, then you were correct! US 221 should be South like NC 194 is.
