How to save a background from an e-mail

This is for all those times when someone sends you an e-mail and you want the bg from it but they didn't attached it. Let's say you wanted this bg. Just highlight any letter or punctuation, like this period>. on the AOL toolbar click EDIT>COPY.Go to File>NEW.

Then go to Edit>PASTE. Now hit the backspace key to get rid of the period.

Now on your keyboard hold down the Alt button then push the Print Screen button. Now open PSP go to EDIT.PASTE AS A NEW IMAGE

Now you can use the crop tool and crop the bg and save it.
