How to Un-mute a Image

We are going to use this image.... to save,

Right click on image and save to your hard drive.

A friend of mine, Jules, showed me how to do this and now I'm going to show you.

Open PSP, open the muted.jpg by going to FILE>OPEN single click on muted.jpg and click open.

Now go to COLORS>ADJUST>HIGHLIGHT/MIDTONE/SHADOW

You will have to play with the settings for other pics. Here's the ones I used for this pic...

% Highlight: 100

% Midtone: 81

% Shadow: 65

Click ok. Now it looks like this...

See that's not as hard as you thought it would be.
