Text Effects - Tie Dyed Text

Filter needed for this tutorial (freeware):

Simple's: Zoom Out and Flip Plugin

.Download and unzip to your PSP>Plugins folder.

Open PSP

Open a new file

Width: 300

Height: 200

Transparent background

Pick any colors for your foreground & background. I picked peach for my foreground and light purple for my background.... Click the text tool , click on the pic and pick a font. I picked Arial Black, Bold, size 28, check Floating. Go to IMAGE>PLUG-IN FILTERS>SIMPLE>ZOOM OUT AND FLIP. Now click the arrow and switch your colors. Go to IMAGE>PLUG-IN FILTERS>SIMPLE>ZOOM OUT AND FLIP. Now change your colors. I picked light blue for my foreground color and bright pink for my background color....

Go to IMAGE>PLUG-IN FILTERS>SIMPLE>ZOOM OUT AND FLIP.

Now click the arrow and switch your colors.

Go to IMAGE>PLUG-IN FILTERS>SIMPLE>ZOOM OUT AND FLIP.  

Go to IMAGE>BLUR>BLUR MORE.

Now add a drop shadow by going to IMAGE>EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW and use these settings...

Color: Black

Opacity: 100

Blur: 6.9

Vertical: 2

Horizontal: 2

Click ok. Go to EDIT>CUT, EDIT>PASTE>AS NEW IMAGE

I saved it as a .jpg and it looks like this...
