Text effects - Stone Text

Go to FILE>NEW with the following settings...

Width: 250

Height: 100

Background Color: Black

Click ok. Go to COLORS>GRAY SCALE. Click the background color box and pick white. Now kit the delete key. Click the foreground color box and pick white. Click your text tool and pick a font. I picked Eldorado font, Bold, size 28. Click ok. Go to IMAGE>NOISE>ADD and use the following settings...

Noise: 100

Random

Click ok. Go to COLORS>INCREASE>16 Million Colors. Go to COLORS>ADJUST>BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST and use the following settings...

Brightness: 10

Contrast: 10

Click ok. Click the foreground color box and pick a color slightly lighter than you want your text to be. I picked a med. red. Go to IMAGE>OTHER>HOT WAX COATING.

Go to IMAGE>EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW. I used the following settings...

Color: Black

Opacity: 255

Blur: 2.4

Vertical: 3

Horizontal: 3

Click ok. Now it looks like this...
