Text Effects - Silver Text

Open PSP.

Go to File>NEW with the following settings...

Width: 200

Height: 90

Background color white

Click ok

Pick white as your foreground color.

Click the text tool. Choose your font. I picked BrockScript font, bold, size 24. Click ok. Go to IMAGE>OTHER>HOT WAX COATING do that 5 times. Go to COLOR>ADJUST>BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST with the following settings...

Brightness: -6

Contrast: 44

Click ok.

Now go to IMAGE>EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW I used the following settings...

Color: Black

Opacity: 100

Blur: 3.3

Vertical: 1

Horizontal: 1

Click ok

It should look like this...

Humm, doesn't look very silver does it.

This is what it looks like with only 4 Hot wax coatings...

That one looks more like silver.
