Everbody hates rules (including me) but I do have to have them. Here they are.

1. You need to have a website. This incldes neopets shops, guilds and pet homepages.
2. You must put the graphic/link up before you join.
3. If you have nudity on your site, then you can't join, sorry. A little swearing is okay:).
