The Land Of The Free and Home Of The Brave
September 11, 2001 is our countys day of saddness. But we shall overcome! The President's address a few nights ago was very powerful: "Tonight I ask for your prayers for all those who grieve, for the children whose worlds have been shattered, for all whose sense of safety and security has been threatened. And I pray they will be comforted by a power greater than any of us spoken through the ages in Psalm 23: "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me." This is a day when all Americans from every walk of life unite in our resolve for justice and peace. America has stood down enemies before, and we will do so this time. None of us will ever forget this day, yet we go forward to defend freedom and all that is good and just in our world.
We Shall Overcome
Dear Lord...I pray that you comfort the families who have lost Moms, Dads, Husbands, Wifes, Brothers, Sisters, friends. Lord, give them peace. Show them YOU though these trials. Give Wisdom to our President, Father. Give him peace! These visions will be with us forever. Lord..it will all be ok. It's in your hands. Hold us, dear Lord. Let us know everything will be alright and You have it under control. Thank you, Jesus. In your name I pray. Amen..
He Will heal Our Land!
God Bless America..my home sweet home!
