OMEGA 3 OILS
HEMP OIL

Recently there's been much discussion about the importance of fats, called omega 6 and omega 3 and their importance in healthy nutrition. It would appear, from research and clinical trials, ans well as mountains of anecdotal evidence, some of which I could contribute to myself, that a lack of Omega 3 fats is at the root of much depression. Omega 3s are found in foods such as sardines, cod liver oil, hempseed oil, flax oil and others. HEMP

LOONY FOODS LATEST! |

Since 1987, when the Russian subsidies to Cuba came to a halt, the Cubans have built up a bio-dynamic, permaculture based food production sytem, ranging from window boxes, to gardens, municipal spaces and small farms ....It's a remarkable success story, of a people connected to their own food production, growing enough to provide a wide variety of foods, and sharing the benefits in terms of welfare, health and community spirit. Here's a few write-ups on how they did it, and where they are now. Inspiring. Consider this : if you grow your own food, are you not free?
