Oh so beautiful, the weather was warm the sauna hot and the show magical. Janna Goodwille and Prem (on cello) were utterly fantastic, the room was absolutely rivitted. Janns songs are inspiring, her voice a thundering beauty and as soft as the gentlest of breezes, such range and passion! respect to the COED Hills crew and to the Lost Horizons massive. I will be returning to this place again, and again.... sweet, strong and wise! |

A day of plays, discussions and music. I really enjoyed my short set, I did a loopstation version of the ballad of John Taylor Gatto, which went down a treat and had everyone singing the chorus at the end. The other acts were great - peyoti for president, david goo, carbon town crier and talking trees all rocked. I did the sound! |

What a day of it. Local musicians turned out in force and gave me a great day out. I was transfixed by the variety and power of the many players. Special mention goes to SIREN, Jody Swingler, Jules Morgan and Rory.....I had everyone singing the chorus of peace of mind,. cup of tea nd the Ballad of john Taylor Gatto - that was sp special, that was to see people singing to each other "you are intelligent, you are beautiful" Bless you Mike da Hat! I will be back, be sure of it!, |
