How can you help your patient using hypnosis?

• 1. Discuss this option with your patient
• 2. Give them a prescription for hypnosis
• 3. Note their diagnosis
• 4. Note the type of hypnotherapy desired
• 5. Give them my name and phone number
• 6. They call their insurance company to check on coverage

I will:

• Do a pre-hypnosis interview over the phone
• Schedule and appointment with your patient
• Contact you about any concerns that may arise
• See your patient and give appropriate suggestions
• Give your patient a receipt so their insurance can reimburse them
• Follow up with your patient regularly
• Send you a letter updating you on your patient's progress

If you and your patient are open minded I can help

• They must be fairly intelligent
• They must be able to concentrate

I do not do hypnotize those that are:

• Psychotic
• Neurotic
• Demented
• Under 18 Years of Age
