"Mistletoe" 1/1
Willow sat in her dorm room alone. She looked around at the little miniature tree and all the lights and other Christmas decorations. She made a compromise with Buffy where she could put up all the Christmas decorations she wanted, as long as Willow got a menorah. Even though Hanukah was over about a week ago. She didn't care. It reminded her of home. And Oz. Well, not really, but everything kinda did. Hell, the electrical outlet reminded her of Oz.
She decided to stand up. No particular reason, she just felt the need to stand. She looked over at her Dingoes Ate my Baby poster on the wall. She made a decision a few weeks ago that the third one on the left was Oz. The little short one. She walked over and ran her finger over it gently. "Man, everything sucks."
She opened the door to her room and saw the little green mistletoe. She began to cry. Oz gave her that mistletoe last year for Hanukah, even thought it's more or less a Christmas tradition. Oz said, "I just thought I needed a reason to kiss you." Willow rubbed his cheek and said, "You never need a reason." And they kissed under the little green mistletoe. She missed his lips. His kiss.
Willow stood in the doorway and wiped her tears away. "You're under the mistletoe," came a voice right in front of her. She looked up into the green eyes of Oz. Oz moved in and took her face in his hands.
"Oz..." breathed Willow.
"Shhhh..." said Oz.
"But..."
"Willow, just be quiet for a second. This is going to be romantic as hell." And they kissed under the little green mistletoe. Willow decided she'd celebrate Christmas this year after all.
