This Doll Tutorial was by

Ok so now we have the skirt, let's finish up!
Choose your paintbrush and paint the shirt to match your skirt.
DO NOT floodfill, or color replace, since you will loose the black outlines.
Ok now it's time to bring the head back, so go back and click on the eyeglasses again to make that layer visible.
Ok now ZOOM in and let's get rid of those areas around the hair that don't look right:

ok now choose a darker shade of your dress color and draw some lines for the bust area, like this:
Ok basically friends, you're done, but let's fix her up some..ok?
now one of the secrets to drawing great looking clothes is to change the shades of the colors and
draw *outlines*, basically what you do is begin with the darker shade and draw all along the black outline,
then choose a little bit lighter shade, and draw along that outline and so on, like this:
to get something that looks like this:
Pretty! Pretty!~ Oh but don't stop now!!!
(Change the color of the shoes!~lol)
Merge VISIBLE layers, and
Let's add some sleeves!~
ZOOM in, and choose black,
now draw over the arm like this:
Next choose the *magic* wand, pick the skin color and flood fill with your dress color, then add the ourlines and hopefully it looks something like this:
