Here there is body filler around where the door latch goes b/c over time it created a couple small crackes in the metal around it, so i welded those up ground them down and smoothed it out.

The original rocker panel here on the passenger side had some rust spots starting to form so i decided to take the cut off wheel and spot weld drill to it, first i drilled out the spotwelds the i cut it loose. after that i bought a new rocker panel drilled 1/2" holes about 3/4 of an inch apart from eachother all around it and then fitted it up, clamped it and welded it on.

When I put the new quarter panel on I got rid of the pinch weld that hung down and fabricated a piece of metal to fit the area and to smooth it out.

Here I have used POR Patch to fill in the body line. I couldn't use regualar body filler b/c it is a flexable joint and POR Patch is a Flexible product that drys to the characteristics of sheet metal but it flexes alot better
