Chapter 13

“He’s here?” Jason asked.

“Yes!” Cory said. “How many times do I have to say so??”

“Sorry,” Jason mumbled.

“Remember the plan, guys?” Violet asked.

“Jason and Mark take care of the guards at the door. Once inside I go hack the computers. Jason, Mark, Matt, and you spilt up to find out what room that son of a bitch is in. And as soon as I finish I go look for Kingo too. If one of us finds him, we contact each other with these ear pieces,” Cory said.

“Good, let’s go!” Violet said.

Jason knocked out two soldiers, and Mark with him sword stabbed three.

“Clear!” Mark said.

Cory entered and headed for the control room. “No guards?” There was no one inside the control either. “Strange…” Cory finished what he was doing and went to search for Kingo.

“I found him!” Mark said. “He’s in a empty room. He was waiting for us.”

They all found the room and entered.

“Come in, children,” Kingo said. “Who will be the first to challenge me?”

“Me!” Cory yelled. He took his gun, and shot him. Kingo was hit in his left arm. “You set this up, didn’t you?”

“Yes. Nice shot, but…” Kingo shot Cory in the stomach. Cory fell to the ground.

“No fair!” Mark shouted. He drew his sword, and cut off Kingo’s right arm.

“Not bad…” With Kingo’s weak left arm, he shot Mark in the arm which he carried his sword. He then took Mark’s sword, but before he could do much with the sword, Matt attached a small bomb to Kingo’s forehead.

“You’ll pay for what you have done to my friends!” Matt shouted.

Kingo laughed. “No, you’ll pay.”

Matt was shot in the leg.

Jason kicked Kingo in the head. “You people are not very strong, I guess it’s my soldiers who are weak to not be able to defeat you!”

Violet was in way back of the room. “I can’t let these people’s families suffer as I had to suffer.” Violet aimed an arrow at Kingo’s heart. She shot. “These people will live. I will let your family suffer, because of all the pain you have caused!”

Kingo fell to the ground. “You are all little people to me,” he said and died.

Chapter 14

It’s been ten years since the war ended.

Cory is the CEO of the greatest computer company ever. He is happily married to Kate, the girl he had met on his first mission. He has a son name, what else, Cory Jr.!

Mark is a manger of Swords of Feast, a restaurant that he founded. He is too busy for a love life, but not too busy to teach kids sword fighting.

Matt is a professional spy. He has had many affairs, but never married for more than a year.

Jason teaches a karate class. He is married to Violet (who’d you think?) But still no kids.

Violet is a famous writer. She is married to Jason, and wished she had children, but Jason doesn’t want any.

Flashback…

“We finished him!” Jason cheered.

“Good.” Cory said as he lay on his hospital bed. Mark and Matt were in the beds next to him.

“We work good together,” Violet said.

“Yes, we do,” Mark said.

“Friends?” Violet said.

“Friends.” They all said.

And so this completes the first long chapter story that I have ever written. I am proud of myself, and I hoped you enjoyed the story. So, in completing all stories, I must end with two very special words:

THE END!
