Full Stud/Produce Booking Information means just that: I need a full S/D write-up on your horse, in a format similar to those featured on the MApSHA site, if your horses are to be included on a free S/D page for your stable. I also need a stable url (where applicable) and how you may be contacted for breedings (email, snail mail, whatever). Significant achievements of any get/produce are also appreciated.

Make/Mold/Model Number means that I actually need the model/mold number of your horse. This may be found in one of several ways, the two easiest being to look it up in a Breyer Collectables book, or to look at online catalogs from model horse dealers. When those two things fail, look at the box it came in or at a dealer catalog (such as the little ones that come in the box with most Breyers or Stones). If CM, I still need to know the mold/model number if at all possible, and if not possible, I need to know whether or not to list it as Other Plastic. The make/mold/model number is the MEAT of your MApSHA registration number!
