Me: How did you first feel when you were told it was closing?
Emma: Erm...Well, I kinda knew actually. There's been rumours going on for ages. But... I'm not sad for myself, cos I was gonna leave in March anyway
Me: Aw!
Emma: But I'm sad for the show, because I watched it when I was 11 years old and that's what gave me the inspiration to come and dance and stuff so I'm gutted for all the kids, really.
Me: That's actually how I feel. It's a lifelong ambition they've destroyed -
Emma: Yeah!
Me: And I hope they know that.
Emma: And it's like snatching everyone's security as well, cos they expected it to go on for years and years but...
Me: Yeah. Like people who've been here for years, and stuff.
Emma: Yeah. It is sad, cos I wanted to leave and come back, but now I can't.
Me: So you're not planning on doing any of the tours?
Emma: No, I don't think so.
Me: And tours tend to be crap anyway. Have you seen the American one?
Emma: No...doesn't really take my fancy. Too knackering, I've been in it 2 years, I'm a bit knackered now. I think I'll go and stand in a show and be cheesy
Me: Alright. Just sit there and smile.
Emma: Yeah, I'll go and do that. Is that alright?
Me: Yeah, that's fine.
