This bear was made by request from Chi. Mina is a character from the musical Dracula - which I don't know that much about (Other then that it's probably about Dracula)
But I do know that Mina is a character in the movie (and comic book) League of Extrodinary Gentlemen. She's the wife of the guy that hunted Dracula
