Warwick Reid

Warwick began singing and dancing at the age of five. Originally from Perth , he has studied
jazz, tap, ballet and acrobatics under the direction of Ms Raquel Muia. He also has taught
acrobatics in schools around Perth. Now aged 21 he can be seen performing in musicals and
corporate functions around Perth and Melbourne. In 1996 he was accepted into the Western
Australian Academy of Performing Arts studying for a diploma of performing arts (dance). His
credits include The Sound of Music (Friedrich), 42nd Street (Billy
Lawlor), Annie, Anything Goes, Miss Saigon. Most recently he performed in the
Melbourne/Sydney seasons of Showboat. Warwick has also performed on The Midday
Show with Kerrie-Anne. Warwick first saw Cats in Perth 10 years ago
and blames it for enticing him into the industry.
