Rebecca Sutherland

From a young age Rebecca has been involved in both theatre and television including the
Cloud 9 film, The Legend of William Tell, and various television commercials. Rebecca
completed her training at the Wellington Performing Arts School and the New Zealand School
of Dance and studied singing with Olga Schuartz. The majority of her time was spent with
devoted teacher, Deborah Hale, through whom she performed in many dance shows, theatre
productions and charity events. Rebecca's theatre credits include: 42nd Street
(Wellington Musical Theatre), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat
(RUC, The Ascot Group - Asia/NZ Tour), Bananas in Pyjamas (ABC - NZ tour), and, most
recently the German production of Cats.
