Answer: Some herbs adapt better than others to growing indoors; basil, thyme, chives and lemon verbena tend to do well as houseplants. Some herbs, such as rosemary and sage, will grow fine indoors for a while, but will tend to get leggy and "tired" after a while. However, you can root cuttings and start new plants as necessary. This summer just got hotter as tickets for all of Paul McCartney’s “O4 Summer Tour” dates are now officially on sale. The tour of the year, promises to be nothing less then historic as Macca and his rockin’ band, get ready to roll through 14 performances that kick off in Gijon, Spain on the 25th May, before concluding at the Glastonbury Festival on 26th June. In case you hadn’t heard Macca’s tours are in fact legendary, pulling in people of all ages, and everyone makes it priority one to see The Mac live.
Previous shows have seen Tom Cruise dancing in the aisles to “Band On The Run”, Jack Nicholson singing along to “Back In The USSR”, John Cusack blown away by the pyrotechnics of “Live And Let Die” and Michael Douglass with Catherine Zeta-Jones arm in arm during “Let It Be”. With a guest-list that has also included Sting, James Taylor, Brian Wilson and the members of Aerosmith, to na me a few, there can be no argument that Paul McCartney is the musician’s musician. But it doesn’t stop there. Former and current heads of state – Presidents, Prime Ministers and world leaders, from former U.S. President Clinton to Russian President Vladimir +Putin, and others, have all been to see what a true legend is and how rock royalty commands and captivates an audience.

450g penne pasta
225g mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
1 large bunch (around 12) spring onions, sliced into thin rounds
24 ripe cherry tomatoes, cut in half and drained for 20 minutes in a colander to remove excess liquid
4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 large handful fresh basil leaves, lightly chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper;---Beach diet.Recipies; Vanilla Ricotta Creme
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 package sugar substitute
Mix together the ricotta, vanilla extract and sugar substitute in a dessert bowl. Serve chilled. Makes 1 serving.
South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna
1 can (6 ounces) water-packed tuna 1/3 cup chopped cucumber 1/3 cup chopped tomato 1/3 cup chopped avocado 1/3 cup chopped celery 1/ 3 cup chopped radishes 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In glass bowl, layer the tuna, cucumber, tomato, avocado, celery, radishes and lettuce.
Mix oil, lime juice, garlic and pepper. Drizzle over salad. Makes 1 serving. Spinach and Artichoke Pinwheels
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped (not marinated)
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash of salt and pepper
1 17-oz. package puff pastry, thawed
Drain water off spinach and press out as much as you can with paper towels. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and salt and pepper and mix well. Spread out the individual sheets of pastry and place an equal measure of the spinach mixture on each sheet. Spread mixture evenly on pastry. Roll up each sheet in a jellyroll shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours. Remove plastic wrap and cut rolls into 1/2-inch pieces. Place on a non-stick-baking sheet and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
