So here I sit on the brink of a cold-ass snow storm, my world lit only by the glow of a lamp, a single, white candle and the sound of ominous tunes of a piano playing the Amelie soundtrack behind me. Here I am. But who am I?
Strange question, huh?
The question has always been one to really make me think. I mean really, you are asking you the most important question that anyone can ever ask you. I guess it is along the same lines as saying that you are your own worst critic. Anyhow, here I sit.
Matt Eugene Andrew Wilson. This is the first entry to my journal, which I guess I hope to fill as my life goes on and on and on.
I think right now in my life, I think I pretty much have answers to many of the things that people really search to find their entire lives, but other questions, do and will always remain a mystery, you know?
I am 23 and I live in Chicago. I have recently met this wonderful girl, I have been turning down theatre jobs because I am in the position to do so, and I have money in my pocket-I suppose I have NO reason to complain.............
Anyway, here I am. I guess for years, writing has always been an outlet for me, but I have never allowed myself to go for it and just let it all out. I guess I realize that after my world pretty much fell apart about two years ago and I had to rebuild it back up, I have nothing to lose ever again. So here goes?..??well, go ahead and find out??..
